Leads navigation, itinerary planning and safety across the Balearics. Deep local knowledge of anchorages, weather windows and marina procedures from Palma to Ibiza, Formentera and Menorca. Responsible for vessel operations and guest briefings.
Prepares all meals on board using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Menus are tailored to guests — Mediterranean cuisine, dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-specific needs. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and canapés as requested.
Delivers attentive, discreet guest service throughout the yacht — cabin care, table service, flybridge hospitality and day-to-day comfort. Anticipates needs while respecting privacy, from morning coffee to sunset cocktails.
Handles tender operations, water toys, anchoring support and exterior presentation. Sets up Seabobs, Foilboard, paddleboards and the Williams Sportjet under the captain’s direction, with a constant focus on guest safety in the water.
